We’re based in Christchurch and cover everywhere from Rangiora to Rolleston. We’ve even gone as far as Hanmer Springs.
What types of plumbing issues do you fix?
We handle all types of plumbing work across Christchurch and Canterbury, including repairs, alterations, upgrades and general maintenance. Whether it’s a leaking tap, hot water cylinder issues, low water pressure, blocked pipes, renovations or full system upgrades, our qualified plumbers can sort it.
If you’re not sure what the problem is, we’re happy to diagnose it and recommend the best fix.
Can you work directly with my property manager or tenants?
Yes, we can work directly with both your property manager and your tenants. We’re familiar with the software and systems most Christchurch property managers use, and we’re happy to arrange access and book a suitable time with your tenant. This helps keep the admin and back-and-forth to a minimum for you.
What should I do first if I have a leak or burst pipe in my home?
Give us a call and we can get to you as soon as possible. In the meantime, if the leak is major, turn off your water at the toby in the street to prevent damage. If it’s a small drip and not causing any harm, place a container underneath it to catch the water until we arrive.
How quickly can a plumber get to me in Christchurch for urgent repairs?
For most urgent plumbing issues in Christchurch, we can usually attend on the same day. If you call early, we can often get someone out even faster. We prioritise leaks, burst pipes, hot water issues and anything that could cause damage to your home.
How do I know if a plumbing issue needs an emergency callout or can wait?
If you’re unsure, give us a call or send a text and we’ll let you know the best next step. As a general rule, anything that’s causing active flooding, major leaks or loss of hot water should be treated as urgent. If your couch is floating away, it’s definitely an emergency.
